About
Built inside a real advisory practice
UltimateCRM wasn't designed in a boardroom. It grew out of the daily reality of running an advisory practice — and the frustration of stitching together tools that were never meant to work together.
Why we built it
Most advisory firms run on a patchwork: a CRM that knows names but not net worth, a planning tool that knows net worth but not conversations, a compliance binder that knows neither, and an inbox that quietly holds the real history of every relationship. Every tool has its own copy of the truth, and the advisor is the integration layer.
UltimateCRM is our answer: one platform where households, planning, compliance, and every client conversation live together. Enter a family's finances once and the same numbers power the net-worth view, the retirement projection, and the KYC profile. Connect your email, calendar, and phone system and the books-and-records trail builds itself.
Dogfooded daily
We run UltimateCRM inside a working practice every day — real households, real planning conversations, real compliance obligations. Features earn their place by surviving actual client work, not a product roadmap meeting. When something is clumsy, we feel it before you do.
What we believe
- Households, not rows. Real clients come as families, and software should reflect that.
- Enter it once. Duplicate data entry is how numbers drift and mistakes happen.
- Compliance built in, not bolted on. The record should build itself while you work.
- Say exactly what we do. Our security page describes our actual architecture in plain language — no vague badges, no borrowed buzzwords.
- Small team, real people. Email us and the person who replies is the person who builds the product.
The company
UltimateCRM is made by AdvisorInfrastructure, a small, independent software company focused entirely on tools for financial advisors and RIAs. No outside pressure to grow at any cost — just a product that has to be good enough that we'd run our own practice on it. Because we do.
